Saw this tag at Geowoodstock this year. I didn't get one, but I kept thinking about it. Finally I saw one again at the Midwest Geobash and bought it.
Looking at it objectively, I really don't understand why we collect these things. I already collect pathtags, and I've spent way too much buying lots and sets from people's collections. I am hardly stingy about getting little treats for myself, and I've hardly done much to actually earn this one. I have no plans to actually send this anywhere, I just like it. I look around my part of the house and wonder why I have all this stuff? Yet I keep getting more. Somehow I doubt I will always live in a place with so much space. I suspect one day I'm going to be forced to downsize.
