Sam has now found a cure for seasickness and needs to travel back to the west coast. Once there he'll have to move from cache to cache along the ocean to search for his family.
But wait, now Sam has made it to the coast. Where's his family? I guess he'll have to travel up and down the coast until he finds them. (You don't suppose his family has gone off looking for him in a circus do you?)
Thanks.
Sam left the sea after discovering he was prone to get seasick. He couldn’t go on living in the sea, sick all the time, so Sam joined a traveling circus that passed by the seashore one fine summer. He soon discovered that circus life was hard and the food was not fresh at all (a bucket of dead smelt). Sam later decided he couldn’t take the life of a circus clown, being a serious seasick sea lion, and hit the road in search of a better life. He then found himself knocking on the door of a local zoo curator. Now this seemed to be the place for Sam, the water was calm and the other sea lions seemed content. It had many of the same characteristics of the circus: the sounds of lions, tigers, and elephants. But there was one thing that was intolerable: they had that same bucket of dead smelt for dinner every night. He became a surly serious seasick sea lion. One day the zoo veterinarian came to see Sam and asked him why he was so unhappy. After Sam told him his story the Vet said, “You don’t need to suffer from seasickness you can use these patches.” And he gave Sam the medicine. This was just what he needed to make it possible for him to return to the sea. Now he needs your help to find his way back to the west coast to return to his family.
I wonder if his family has left the coast in search of their sorely missed son Sam. They may have heard of his circus escapades. Sam will now have to travel the country as they could be just about anywhere looking for him. Thanks
