Current Goal

This coin does NOT want to be collected! It wants to travel from cache to cache, and would really like to be left behind in a cache by someone who is recording a FTF, OR to be left in a brand spankin new cache for the FTF-er to grab and move on. These are not requirements, but thats its goal! If you dont have a FTF, or a new cache placement within a couple of weeks of grabbing this coin, please move it on.

Some day it would like to travel back close to me in Terre Haute, Indiana.

About This Item

FTF Geocoin

This geocoin is to commemorate my very first FTF at the "A Bridge (NOT) to far" (GCYC4G) cache in Brazil, Indiana. I am going to start it off in that cache in the near future.

Beautiful sunrise while passing the ridge through the windmills above Cranberry Glade Lake. Had to visit this cache neighboring one of ours, and were delighted to make a second “First to Find” within a week. Left a “FTF Geocoin” in exchange for the “Court’s Chopper Travel Bug”.

Retrieve It from a Cache 12/27/2006 Garmen (& Women) Group retrieved it from Sink or Swim Pennsylvania   Visit Log

Not enough snow to ski this December so continued to go geocaching. Snow accumulation is worst in 38 years according to this morning’s Daily American (Somerset PA newspaper). Exchanged geocoins. Launched “Black-Eyed Susan” Geocoin on its world travels. At the suggested parking spot had to climb over the carcass of a dead doe and a dead, small (illegal) buck sprouting antlers too tiny for any serious hunter. Pleased to find this "FTF Geocoin" though and will get it on its way in due time.

Hopefully I will get a FTF and be able to drop this coin into it. If I don't get one soon, I will drop it into a cache to keep it moving.
