Oscar would like to go to the oldest cache in every state. Canada would be cool also.

Any cache is fine, of course, just keep Oscar moving.

I discovered this most excellent trackable while attending the truly amazing and thrillingly huge event named GeoWoodstock XXI (GCANXX1) located in Morgantown, WV! This event was my first GeoWoodstock AND my first GIGA!! Thank you kindly for allowing this trackable to add to the fun of the event specifically, and the joyful spirit of Geocaching as a whole!!!
