About This Item

    

This trackable is in honor of the Krewe of Centaur Mardi Gras Krewe which we are members of. The Krewe is the 3rd largest Mardi Gras Krewe in the state of Louisiana with over 700 members. The Krewe has over 30 floats plus floats from "sister" Krewe's. The parade travels a 5 mile route down the Clyde Fant Parkway along the Red River in Shreveport La. which is lined with 200,000 to 300,000 people waiting for the more that 3,000,000 beads and "throws" thrown by the krewe members. The parade rolls on a Saturday typically the second Saturday before Fat Tuesday. The attached bead is from our 2017 float and our theme for that year was "Jesters Gone Wild".
