to visit 100 caches, then return to southeast Nebraska (within 100 miles of the 68310 area code) so that I can retrieve it.

About This Item

I'm activating this geocoin in anticipation of finding my 100th geocache, where I plan to release it for its travels. The coin was a gift from FSU*Noles, for getting him hooked on geocaching. It think its only fitting that I'll find my 100th cache with him along.

    Well, finally checked my email, and realized that the Rattling Crew and their friends visited my home base on a beautiful Jan.1 to deliver the coin back home after completing its initial objective ... what was it, like 65 degrees when you dropped it off? So, I went out over lunch today, 4 days later, with them temperature hovering right at 2 degrees, plus wind and snow, to retrieve it ... would have taken pictures, but it was just too darn cold!!!

    Thanks to the Rattling Crew and friends for helping my coin complete the mission so quickly. I must say, I'm a bit envious that you get around to so many caches!! A couple of mine in the area have come up missing this fall and winter, so hopefully I can entice you guys back to the area this spring with some new caches I'm planning.

    Happy New Year and Your coin has arrived close to home. We have been there a few times on our courthouse photographing mission, now we will have to return to see the home of the BluesHarp's 100th. It was fun and here's a local photo to prove I was there at least once. Glen

    • Another view I remember cruising into town and wow! It may not be much to the locals that grew up with it always there, but for those of us who enjoy the old buildings, this was a treat. Thanks again for the fun.

    The Blue's Harp 100th find GeoCoin is finally getting out of Kansas, this should be cache 99 for it and we found a ride to the Lincoln/Omaha area for it this weekend. It will be a long time before I forget that number. Thanks for all the fun, I would like to see my old friend or meet it's owner one day. The next cache drop should give you your 100th cache, kind of unusual for a GeoCoin to survive that many caches I think. But this one has been in the express lane for awhile. Glen
