Pad Thai: On my was up to Mountain Center for a Girl Scout weekend of singing🎼. Needed to stop for my COTD on the way up. Yup, this was right where I thought it would be. Watch out for the broken glass though.

Trail to Wine: Another day out of work because I’m sick so again grateful for a cache close to home. Found this right away. Someday when I’m feeling better, I will explore this trail more thoroughly. I liked the goat and loved the view.

Quick and easy: after aDNF down the road, I came here to try it again. A while back I came to try this one but there were too many muggles at GZ. Today there were none when I retrieved it but the owners of the cars on either side came back at the same time while I was signing the log. There went my cover. I just smiled. Once they were gone, I put it back.

Carmel Mountain Open Space: Back again on this gorgeous day while my family is at Disneyland. Why are all these fences here. Seems wrong to be here (saw a no Trespassing sign but also the open space sign. Clearly there are trails. I’m confused. Made my way up to GZ and thought I was on the wrong side of the fence. Stayed on the side that makes more sense and made the grab.

Sorry, but that’s not to building code: Today is my geocaching anniversary. I found my first cache on 1/24/14. Since then I have found 2670 caches (counting this one) and averaged 1.2 caches per day. My streak is a cache a day since 1/24/16. This was a great fun find (although the log was wet and the ants were having a party here). I give it a favorite point.
