Take lots of pictures along my journey, especially with other cats. Please take me to Cat Island, Japan, AKA Aoshima. This 1-mile long island is just west of Matsuyama and South of Hiroshima. Aoshima, also known as Cat Island, is an island in Ehime Prefecture, Japan, known for its large number of feline residents. Felines outnumber humans by a ratio of approximately 10:1. They were introduced on ships in the area, but remained on the island and vastly repopulated. The island is roughly 1 mile long.
