Grabbed this one from a cache near Memphis, TN, where it had been stuck since November. I will try to get her back out as soon as possible, probably next week.

The recipe:

Honey-Pineapple SPAM

One can SPAM.
One can chunk or crushed pineapple
One 8 ounce container of honey

Puncture SPAM chunk with knife or fork. Place all contents in crock pot or slow cooker. Simmer on low heat for about 2 hours. Remove SPAM chunk, slice in 1/2 inch think slices, lay on platter, pour remaining contents over the sliced SPAM. Best SPAM recipe I have ever had. It is not my original, but belongs to my Pastor.

Ok so I was doing some much needed cleaning and found this guy in the computer desk. I remember having to confiscate this guy awhile back from one of the kids and didn't realize that we had picked it up. Sorry we had it so long and I wish we could say that it has been on a bigger adventure then sitting in our desk for several months. I am planning on putting out a new hide with several travel bugs in it real soon and this guy will be in there. Again thanks for holding on to this guy so long and thanks for sharing.
