This Cache Carnival tag is adorned with beads. Reminds me of my trip to New Orleans...many hurricanes and other drinks along Bourbon Street, gambling on the river boat, Zydeco music, and great Creole food. I can't wait to go back!  The phrase means let the good times roll.
