October 31, 2015. OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON!  This Unicornacious traveler wants to return to its owner for rehab and a new mission.

About This Item

unicorn

The UMB was found by Team Sagefox in 2002 where it had been placed into a cache prior to being activated.  We contacted all the online loggers of the cache where we found the bug but no one knew anything about it.  After months of searching Groundspeak allowed Team Sagefox to adopt this bug.  It traveled around for a time and then went dark for many years.  Now it is back in circulation. We know of no other travel bug that has gone missing for eight years and then came back to the road again.

Poor Uni has gone dormant again. Hopefully the holders will place it in a cache to get it back on the road.

My kids and I found this trackable a couple years ago. We had trouble finding a large enough box to replace it. We have moved 3 times and finally came across it again in a moving box and have brought it from Edmonton, AB Canada down to Los Angeles, CA USA with us on our family vacation and will be finding a new home for it. So sorry it took us so long to get moving again!
