Retrieved this Travel Bug in honor of my 11 year old daughter who was diagnosed this week with Type 1 Diabetes. Discovered the disease early so she is healthy and we are now managing the carbs to insulin ratio. We have learned that with good treatment and management, she will continue to be a vibrant healthy person.

We will send the bug on its journey soon.
