Comrade Spudnik is half Russian GPS satellite, half Mr. Potato head. Cub Scout Pack 4 Den 1, The Screaming Eagles, released me from the Skeeterville cache in May.

    Found Spudnik on a beautiful NorCal day hike just after my batteries ran out. Be Prepared, Carry Spares, (next time I may not be so lucky.) Former member of BSA Troop 77 in Ohio, Flying Eagle Patrol.

    This was our first geocaching forray. Spudnik was on Ring Mountain Preserve. We'll find a new home for him soon. He is currently staying in the home of a Boy Scout and Girl Scout.
