About This Item

Comrade Spudnik is half Russian GPS satellite, half Mr. Potato head. Cub Scout Pack 4 Den 1, The Screaming Eagles, released me from the Skeeterville cache in May.

    Discovered by a Cub Scout from Pack 199 of the Capital Council. I will try to start moving him North back above the Mason Dixon Line and on towards New England. I will release soon. Happy Trails Spudnik.

    Spudnik will visit Fort AP Hill and help set up the BSA Jamboree Geocache courses, will have dinner with the two lead creators of WB 21st century and NYLT, and will then perhaps meet up with his Cub pack again. I wonder how many of them are Eagles now! I can use their projects in my new Cache to Eagle series if they are!

    We "saved" Spudnik from the gaggle of geese! The little Tater was surrounded by many territorial feathered creatures, but the brave children of Ardychan made a mad dash for the stash and retrieved Spudnik in quick order.

    We plan on taking Spudnik on a relaxing Hawaiin vacation in two weeks (unless the Cub scouts have any objections). There, he can soak up the sun, relax and hopefully be picked up by some East Coasters heading back to New England.

    Screaming Eagles don't worry about Spudnik his hat is now stuck to his head and he resting here in Northen California surfing the net tonight I hope to get him on the move soon!! If I can get him off Google!!!!! 😁
