Current Goal

Travel around the Evansville area (or surrounding area) to caches that would be fun for our cub scouts to find (family friendly, for kids age 10 and under)!

We started a new cub scout pack at Sacred Heart in 2019. Due to the Corona Virus, we were forced to cancel all of our spring and summer group activities. I am going to encourage our scouts to go out and find this travel bug. So, please don't hang on to it for long!

You don't have to be a scout to find the travel bug, If you discover this travel bug, just move it along to another cache that you think would be great for some young Boy Scouts to discover with their familys!

Today Laura and I went on a hike to visit the second oldest cache we’ll find, the Gerbil Cache oldie in NJ from 2000. We did find it, but unfortunately when here, we didn’t find this TB which is listed in the inventory of the cache. It's not in the cache, and we do hope it does turn up somewhere else in the near future...
