Ce TB est un hommage aux troupes de marine de l'armée Française. Leur filiation remonte aux compagnies ordinaires de la mer créées par le cardinal de Richelieu en 1622. En 1958, les troupes coloniales sont appelées troupes d'outre-mer, puis renommées troupes de marine et forment désormais une subdivision au sein de l'Armée de terre Française.
J'ai obtenu cet insigne de béret lors de ma PMD au 3eme RIMA de Vannes. C'est avec plaisir que je l'envoi voyager à travers le monde, outre-mer 
This TB is a tribute to the marine troops of the French army. Their lineage dates back to the ordinary companies of the sea created by Cardinal Richelieu in 1622. In 1958, the colonial troops were called overseas troops, then renamed marine troops and now formed a subdivision within the French army.
I obtained this beret badge during my PMD at the 3rd RIMA in Vannes. It is with pleasure that I send him to travel around the world, overseas
