[This contains a spoiler, so I am encrypting it.]
I found this guy at Peace Park in Tempe, between the Quaker Meeting House and a Lutheran Church. I took it home so I can learn about it. I am not familiar with the program, but understand I am supposed to find another cache and drop it in there. There is one on my way home from work, so I will probably drop it there in the next few days.

I thought I might be able to get this to Vietnam, but that sort of fell through. I left it in a cache near my work.
