Mission here is to travel from cache to cache visiting all the good back county places. A hiking trail, a camp, a local creek, a back raod, the cache located in that stop in town only the locals know about. Try and keep this cache out of the big cities unless in a TB hotel.
I was super excited for my 1000th find! So for this special TB a decided to add a hitch hiker that means something to me. I am a very advid hiker so i love when i can both, geocache and hike. I have found several caches up mountains. Being a advid hiker outdoor ethics is important to me so the attached TB is a quick guide to these ethics. "Leave No Trace" is a very well known phrase and one of the most basic outdoor ethics of the Adirondacks in NY where i am from. I love this because i am against litter bugs and it is something that caching also supports but it is better knonw as CITO, Cache in Trash Out.
