Current Goal

To travel across Canada and visit my long lost relatives in the Canadian Rockies. If I make it that far I'd love to see my other relatives in the great mountains of the world.
If I've got a good view of the mountains, be sure to take a picture for the folks back home.

I'm Ron, the Adirondack Black Bear. I was born at Adirondack Animal Land in the southern foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in New York. I'm just a little guy but I've got a hungry appetite for adventure.

I thought this wonderful little nature preserve was a great place for Ron to spend some time. He's near a nice stream and woods, everything a bear could want. Hopefully he won't spend the winter hibernating here!

Found Ron in a cache in Niles, Michigan. Funny, but I used to work in Niles for a man named Ron. He was a little bear of a man and definitely a bear to work for! This guy is much cuter, and we bonded immediately!
