Current Goal

To travel across Canada and visit my long lost relatives in the Canadian Rockies. If I make it that far I'd love to see my other relatives in the great mountains of the world.
If I've got a good view of the mountains, be sure to take a picture for the folks back home.

I'm Ron, the Adirondack Black Bear. I was born at Adirondack Animal Land in the southern foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in New York. I'm just a little guy but I've got a hungry appetite for adventure.

We kinda kept Ron a little longer than we intended, he was such a fun little guy, we couldn't "bear" to let him go... But we finally dropped him off to continue his journey west.

Well, I was going to go to Canada but I had to delay the trip and I didn't want to keep Ron any longer, so I dropped it off here. Hopefully he will travel to Canada soon with someone else!

Found Ron at our first cache of the day - we were going to drop him off later on but since we got skunked on the cache where we intended to drop him he had to spend the night with us. 🙂

  • Ron returns to Buffalo to assist Ron decided to return back to the Buffalo area. After some quiet time, he helps Strikeforce1 on a FTF at the Blue Bridge Cache. He decided to stay at this cache for a while!
