I love the Lake District! It was the holiday destination of my childhood. Some great memories.
My last trip to the Lakes was in August 2021. A great week where I walked 65 miles, cycled 9 miles, enjoyed sunshine, some showers, nice meals, tasty beers, shopping, sightseeing, a lovely apartment, photography, geocaching, nature, wildlife and some much needed rest and relaxation.
I bought this keyring from one of the many shops selling souvenirs.
"Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time".
