This is a patch from SGT. PARKS' current unit, Bandido Charlie - 1st Battalion 16th Infantry Mechanized. Please respect it and keep it moving.
Sergeant Parks is in his 12th year of active duty, his current unit is the Charlie Company 1-16 Infantry, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team ( ABCT ); stationed at Ft. Riley, Kansas.
He left on his 5th deployment in June of this year, just in time to be gone for fathers day!
He has a beautiful wife and two beautiful children that he has to leave behind once again....
His Military Occupation Speciality ( MOS ) is the 91A-M1A2 Abrams Tank Maintainer.
His deployments, thus far, have been :
2003-04 - Operation Iraqi Freedom ( OIF )
2005-06 - Operatiion Iraqi Freedom ( OIF )
2008-09 - Operation Iraqi Freedom ( OIF )
2010-11 - Operation Enduring Freedom ( OEF )
2014-15 - Operation Spartan Shield ( OSS )
