Current Goal

Hi, my name is Basalt Hot Lava Idaho Jr.you can call me Hottie. I am 2016 years old. I was born on Snake River Plain,in the volcanic terrain that spans all of southern Idaho. But unlike the rest of my family I was made to be marked with this dog tag with these holes in my side so that I might travel the globe. My mission is to travel into the hands of many geocachers and hit as many caches as I can. I love to be held or kept in a pocket but not for to long. Because, my primary destination it to reach other areas where other types of lava like me reside. Ultimately I want to make it to an active volcano preferably Mauna Loa Volcano in Hawaii so that I can see the next generation being created.

About This Item

My finder is 13 years old, I am dear to her she calls me heart of the earth. When she was little we would play a game called “hot lava” I would toss about the ground and she and friends would jump from object to object and try not to get burned. She and her friends want me to come back home to Idaho after I see Mauna Loa Volcano in Hawaii and tell her all the tales of my travels. Maybe you could help me out by taking my photo at the places I stop along the way or tell a short story about my venture with you. Please don't hang on to me to long you never know when a volcano just might stop erupting. I never made my first goal so now I NEED TO GO HOME To IDAHO, Befor my owner graduates from HIGH SCHOOL May 2009
