Current Goal

My Texas Sized Travel Bug needs to find its way back to Arlington, Texas. It needs to be placed in a cache called "Tree Huggers?". I am hoping to see pictures of Scooter with some of the people that carry it from place to place.

About This Item

Scooter took a late July 2004 trip to St. Louis, MO. He returned to Arlington in February 2005, then we dropped him off around Waco again in late Feb. '05.

    Had Scooter take a short road trip with me to College Station this weekend, but he had trouble finding an acceptable motel up to his standards before dark. So he returned to Waco where bugs of his size seem to hang out all the time. He is looking over the motels in this area and should pick one soon.

    This was a real good "hide". The way the roads approach, it was challenging finding the right "angle". I did get rousted by a bicycle cop while checking out the "stash"... That was fun!? This was only my fifth find. I was begining to think all of the caches were a non-event. This one was loaded! I left 2 TBs for tha' pickin'. ImaCaveman & BeadQueen...
