I visited Hull, East Yorkshire for the very first time in February 2024. A caching friend, my dog Ted and I had a wander inside the Minster to do the Ad Labs.
The building of the Minster began in around 1285 and over the next 250+ years the transepts, choir, nave and tower were built. It is the largest parish church in England by floor area and contains what is widely acknowledged to be some of the finest medieval brick work in the country, particularly in the transepts. The Minster Church is a Grade I listed building.
