Just now catching up on some long-overdue logging of geocaching activities! Saw this at Friday Night Meet and Greet (GC1M13D) before Geowoodstock VII (GC1CG5G). I heard it rained at that event, but I was too busy trading pathtags and looking at geocoins to notice. According to my notes it was attached to a purse on the table where Band of Bradys and I were trading pathtags - but we never figured out to whom the purse or trackable belonged!
