This travel bug will be released first in the south of France, Provence, Departement Var.
The task of this bug is to pass by caches close to places which are somehow linked to astronomy (e.g. observatories etc.) Please document these visits with a picture on the TB log page.
After having visited 10 astronomy places, it should return to its home cache, "Hoehlenkirsche", close to Regensburg, Germany.
The item which is hooked to the travel bug is a pocket-sundial. You have to turn the little hole to the marking on the outside which corresponds to the actual month. Then you have to orient the edge of the ring with the hole towards the sun until you see a light spot on the inside of the ring. You can read out the true local time on the inside dial of the ring.
