Chopper

Chopper is in memory of Dean Lovell. Dean served in the 2nd World War and helped loberate Holland. On his return home to Canada he joined Scouts Canada South Waterloo District serving in many positions over his 54 years of service, "Chopper" was his name in Beavers. Dean was a member of 67th BP guild at the time of his death.
