    This was a huge pine tree which had been struck by lightning and was burned out. The cache was hidden inside the burned out area. We took photos of the kids inside the tree. It was very sad for the tree but quite impressive to see the power of nature.

    This was an up-and-down, round-and-round cache with a really funny name. The cache had nothing to do with camels, but if one had been wandering up here, he would have been weeping because of the rocks and his poor little hooves designed for sand.

    There was a fallen tree, lots of limbs, and lots of knots on the trees and limbs. The person had glued a jar inside of a "knot" from the tree, placed it upside down on the ground under the biggest tree and then a little piece of bark was used to coceal the rest of the jar which would have been showing. It was very clever.

    This cache was our favorite of the day. It was a pirate cache with pirate warning going near and a well jeweled pirate treasure box. It was a lot of fun and my #550 found. Out with one of the family and her family of 4 (Zombiekillers). The teenager was the brave one to walk the plank to get to the cache. We brought pirate goodies to put in the treasure box and just had a lot of fun with this one.

    This was a cache with two big rocks together in view of the camping area not far from Lake Tahoe and near to Fallen Leaf Lake in California. A very pretty area.
