I have been a volunteer firefighter for 20 years. I have taken great pleasure in helping others in their time of need. Last I knew about 75 percent of the nations firefighters are volunteers. The purpose of this TB is just to honor those brave men and women who risk their own lives to save the lives and properety of others.
