Grabbed this from BluesHarp while caching with him, FSU*Noles and Bulletstop.

MY FTF cache was Easy as A-B-C. The cache owner Goodboy even sent me a FTF certificate as I was the FTF on my first cache!

My family's first TB is Tinker Bell. I hope she is enjoying her adventures!

FSU*Noles handed this one to me first thing this morning ... and said "thanks for the addiction, buddy."
Hmm ... memories ... first person I addicted ... FSU*Noles, who has in turn addicted ArcticFox, BulletStop, and several others. First cache I found was TuddlePuddle @ Manhattan KS with one of my sisters and my dad along ... dad found the cache as I was too busy watching my GPSr. I think my first TB found was JoeCoolAlien ... got totally soaked in a rainstorm getting him ... poured water out of my shoes before getting back in the truck. Ahh, the memories!

What a great idea for a TB! I do remember my first cache - a friend of mine, Bluesharp, introduced me to this crazy sport back in Nov '02. We found "Amber's #2" in Nebraska, and I actually scored the find! A full YEAR later, back visiting Nebraska again in Dec '03, Bluesharp took me to my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th find in Lincoln. After that, I went home to MN fully addicted, and picked it up from there.

It looks like this TB has been in Minnesota way too long - it's very fitting that Bluesharp is coming to visit in 3 days! I will hand this TB over to him (since my addiction is all his fault) and he will undoubtedly find a good home for it in the Nebraska/Kansas area when he gets home in a week or so. TFTB!

This was a neat bug. I do remember my first cache. I had a couple of other newbies with me, and the excitement when we found the cache was awesome. I was immediately hooked. Tonight, just after dropping this bug, was the first time I met a stranger while I was caching, who didn't know what geocaching was. I explained it to them, and I think they're going to get involved.. Thank you to everyone involved in this terrific game.

I learned about geocaching at a family picnic on 08/24/03. Just a vague description, nobody had ever participated. I bought a GPS the next day and, one hour later, logged "Crow's Nest". I plan to hit 500 in the next couple of days, a little over seven months later.
