Current Goal

I was found by Elmbeard hunting for fellow kangaroos, but all we found here were emus. Why no roos here in Australia? So Elmbeard agreed to send me round the world with travel bug hunting for my mates.

I was talking to "Skippy" and he is very interested in doing a little sight seeing in Texas. I told him that this trip will put him very close to 16,000 miles and he couldn't be happier! He is aware that it will be about a month before we reach our destination and he seems to think that it would be okay with his parents if he did a little couch surfing with me in the meantime. FYI we found him in one of the "funnest" caches we have come across thus far.

Skippy was rather damp, so we will dry him off and bag him before we move him elsewhere.

Found this little tropical marsupial shivering in the Pacific Northwest cold. I'll warm him up a little before releasing him north of 49. Meantime, we'll recall our own time down under in Queensland.
