On the road again... :) Sorry for the delay!

Starting the trip at one end of RT66. Most of the highlights are on Jackson Blvd which is one way heading east. No problems as we will just drive against traffic. :)

Pic's included are thru the downtown area. Will continue the trek westward soon.

  • The Start of RT66 in Chicago Looks like a good place to start. :)
  • Clearer view of sign
  • With TB
  • The End of RT66 in Chicago But actually we will start The Journey at the end as more landmarks are along Jackson Blvd (one way headed east).
  • Sears Tower close-up They are thinking of painting it silver!
  • Another view of Sears Tower From about the Chicago River
  • Chicago River looking south
  • Chicago River looking north From Jackson Blvd
  • Sears Tower once again From Union Station
  • Chicago's Union Station Rail Capitol of the US
  • RT66 landmark, Lou Mitchell's Restaurant A great place to stop for a great breakfast!
  • Leaving downtown Chicago Time to hit the open road!
