Conrail was formed on April 1, 1976 - and served the eastern United States for over 20 years. In a smaller form, it still serves the Detroit/Philadelphia areas today as Conrail Shared Assets! Let's celebrate this railroad by having it visit as many caches (preferably in Conrail territory) as possible!
