This is one of dozens of souvenirs I have picked up on my travels, brought back to my hometown, and released.  Fun to see where they travel as they make their way back to their origination city. This one would love to get back to Austin, TX, USA someday.  May not fit in any caches near the Congress Bridge but anywhere in the vicinity is cool.
