The Battlestar Galactica Travel Bug has lost its best fighter pilot and his Colonial Viper. The last garbled transmission received from the viper was that he was in trouble and had to jump to hyperspace to avoid the cylon base station. However his location transponder was damaged and the Galactica was not able to track his destination. Standard procedures dictate that in such circumstances, all parties were to go to a predetermined destination, but use whatever means necessary to avoid detection by the cylons. Therefore, the Galactica will use a series of hyperspace/cache jumps to arrive in the Australia sector and hopefully renedevous with its lost viper pilot in the same cache. It has to travel westward to avoid being detected by the cylon fleet. If they rendevous, they will then proceed to make jumps at the same time to arrive back home.
The Battlestar Galactica Travel Bug is a die cast toy designed after the last surviving Battlestar of the cylon attack on the 12 colonies in the Sci Fi show Battlestar Galactica.

Saw this unique TB in the hands of Danielle41101.
I will drop this one off in SD this weekend.
Found in West Fargo, ND.
My grandson and I found the bug last fall and took it--then I promptly forgot that I had it.
While cleaning I found it again, and yesterday we placed it in the Packers Bug School, GCY8EH.
So, it's back in action, after taking a few months off.
Took TB on its way Left "Cache On" geocoin
This guy will head across the border to North Dakota this week (at least that is westward from this cache).
