Didn't find the coin TB but Found a blue paper saying "Mission: This a TB "AFRESERVE" who wants to visit as many air force reservists as possible" it didn't have the tracking code on it assumeing that this was done so the real TB would not get "lost,stolen or missing" plain on taking the paper that i'm assuming to represent the real TB to another cache near a VFW in Mifflandtown PA..
