Current Goal

Since this is a classroom Travel Bug, our mission is for it to visit a school in each of the 50 states. (hopefully by June 1, 2009)

**If possible, please post pictures from the schools it visits.**

About This Item

NJMACM

The name of our first Travel Bug is the first initial of each student's name in the 2007-2008 7th grade MISSION class.
We decided the acronym also stands for "Now Just Making Another Cache Move."

Each student brought in a piece to add to the Travel Bug:
N = The Ace of Spades because I love playing Spades.
J = A chess piece because I like CHESS.
M = I brought a heart because I like Geocaching.
A = A truck and wheels from a finger skateboard because I like skateboarding.
C = I brought a picture of a heart-o-gram because it's cool.
M = I brought a boxcar from a toy train because I like trains.

Logging Miles!! Also, there is an elementary school just down the road -- Choudrant Elementary. It has grades Kindergarten thru 6th grade. After the students leave here, they attend Choudrant High School which has 7th grade thru 12th grade. This is an area that has a mixture of small rural schools and larger city schools. They have a web site that you can google -- Choudrant High School, Choudrant, Louisiana! They have a geocache, also. Their business class maintains a cache at a local Convention and Tourist Information location.

Well what do you know!!! -- I just happen to be a school teacher (6th grade)!! I will surely move this along to the great state of Louisiana!! I will then pass it along to some of my other friends so that it can complete its mission. The boxcar and the skateboard thing is missing, but all else is together!!
