About This Item

Louie

My name's Louie. While I've never lived in Louisiana, I'd like to think of myself as a Cajun alligator! I love adventure and want to go to as many places as I can! Please don't keep me!

I'm happy I found Gimpygoo's "Louie" on the trail in Sherman, Ct and was able to forfill her desires by taking her to Lake Keuka, NY she has reached water. I wish her luck on her travels and hope she stays on the move.

Wow....I can't believe how far Louie has gone! I'm glad he was found...he's gone further than any other of the bugs we've found or planted!

I was looking for this guy for a while, I finally today went back to the cache that I last remember seeing him. Apparently I dropped him along the trail in the preserve or some where around the cache site. I looked at the log for the cache and the person who was there after me found him but hasn't logged him yet. I am relieved that he is found, I would hate to have lost him, which I nearly did. All's well that ends well

Grab It (Not from a Cache) 5/9/2009 hikermouse grabbed it   Visit Log

I'm new to all this, just started geocaching two weeks ago, my family and I love this sport. I did not realize that I needed to grab this TB from Obvious One so that it will be in my inbox thus allowing me to drop it off in another cache. This is a great TB and I will drop it near water in the Finger Lakes region of New York state in approx two weeks.

My daughter found Gimpygoo's Louie TB on the trail at the Briggs Hill cache in Sherman CT. It was approx. 30 feet from the cache on the ground. I will clean it up and place in in a cache near water.
