We snatched this little jeep while visiting Grandpa in Rogersville. We'll take him home to Iowa, and send him on his way at the Eastern Iowa Geocachers Association cache event coming up in 3 weeks. 👍 UNIBear & Son #3 - Cedar Falls, IA (and Grandpa from Rogersville)

    "Cached-away"

What a wonderful trek we had to an ole' stompin' ground that I grew up in. I even had a wonderful opportunity to drive my old 1971 jeep around in the pasture with my father. This was probably the last jeep ride he'll ever see due to his terminal illness. You should have seen his eyes light up as we drove across the creek and saw his dream come alive. As we drove, we talked of when my father taught me how to drive in this very jeep (we named "LuLu"). We did everything in this jeep. We camped, split logs, 4-wheeled (and 2-wheeled occasionally) ,dated and adventured with her. "LuLu" raised four boys and their 19 children and she's still going strong. My dad is so proud of his "LuLu".

Thanks Jeep for making a lifetime of memories for my father. "Only in a Jeep"!

I can't believe my little Jeep TB found his way home! When I heard he had been seen so close by... I could only think of one thing...finding him. Since my '84 Jeep CJ7 is only a memory now, I could not let this little guy get away! I find myself mumbling like Dorothy..."there's no place like home....there's no place like...there's no......thin' like a Jeep ...there's nothin' like a Jeep!......" Ahhhhhhh it's so awesome in a Jeep!
