Current Goal

Balto is happy to go on any journey. Since his ancestors came from Egypt (it is believed greyhounds were the first dogs to be bred by humans), he would like to go there for sure. Cheers!

He looked so longingly at me that I couldn't leave him behind. I will let him stretch his legs and give him a run down to Dunedin.

Balto was looking a little cold, thought I'd take him up north a ways, at least to New Zealand. Couldn't imagine anybody but penguins and seals enjoying the Antarctic winter. He'll be traveling by ship to get to New Zealand - no place to leave him off in between.

It's a long way from Egypt, but at least in the right (eastern) hemisphere.
I hope he'll make it North soon.
