Pesky the friendly primate is enjoying a bunch of bannanas at the Odlid residence. When he is finished and recovered from his fear of rolling 4x4s he will be on his way.
Well GeoMonkeys I can see what you mean about interesting 4X4 terrain!!!! I'm sure Okysmates wouldn't have much trouble but us mere mortals decided to walk in from civilisation. I don't think the Camry's got quite enough clearance.
I was out and about early (5.00AM) doing some onlooker free recces for future caches, unfortunately one of the areas I was interested in was being searched by the local police, so I decided to make a dash for the cache instead of risking arrest.
The weather was alternating heavy rain to light drizzle. Lots of wildlife about, could hear critters bouncing off into the scrub.
No problems finding the cache, there was just enough predawn light to spot an edge. The co-ords were spot on.
Raining quite heavily at this stage, so quickly signed the book, grabbed Pesky the traveller, tossed in a handful of Silica Gel packs and sealed up the cache ready for the next visitor.
