Ms. Monkey

I have already been to Alaska and back. Now I want to visit Wheatheads all over the world. Right now, I am on my way to Virginia Tech to visit Macguy and EngMike.

Sol found me crying in the back of a K-Mart in Virginia. He asked me if it was because I was living in the toy isle of a large bankrupt corporation, but I told him that in fact it was because I was longing for my true love, Mr. Monkey, and he was far away in Alaska. Sol told me that Valentine's Day was fast approaching, and suggested that I begin a pilgrimage to take me to see my love.

It is Valentines Day, and in honor of the occasion, I am starting my journey to be with my true love, Mr. Monkey. I just love his dark brown eyes, the way he screeches, and oh how I long for him to eat the bugs out of my hair. He lives in Talkeetna, Alaska and operates the internet webcast called Whole Wheat Radio. You can tune in and chat with him there. Please tell him of my whereabouts and let him know that I am on my way. You can also talk with Jim and Esther, the people he keeps locked up with him in his cabin. He is training them to be circus performers.

There is one geocache in Talkeetna, called "Talkeetna Treasure" by Larsen Family from Michigan. However, I am afraid that it might be gone by the time I get there, or Mr. Monkey might not have a GPSr to come find me. If you find me in Talkeetna, would you please help me get to Talkeetna Travel? They will help me find Mr. Monkey and plan my future travel arrangements. I especially want to go visit Jondo U.K. and Dublin, Ireland after I make it to Alaska.

Travel Update: May 13, 2004 Ms. Monkey to Travel The World

After a journey of 401 days and 5113.8 miles, Ms. Monkey finally made it to Talkeetna to see her lost love, Mr. Monkey, Operations Manager of Whole Wheat Radio.

Ms. Monkey arrived at Whole Wheat Radio on March 22nd! She and Mr. Monkey immediately asked for privacy so we left them alone. They were very quiet for 3 weeks.

Then there was an argument.

This is really all I know. She doesn't like to talk about it much. In any case, she hiched a ride back to the east coast via Esther's luggage in the cargo space of a 777. When she got here, she met Cousin Monkey.

They have been hanging out together, but again romance was not in the cards. As it turns out, Cousin Monkey is a former travel agent for the circus. He is willing to help Ms. Monkey plan her future travels, but they need your help.

Ms. Monkey is interested in traveling the world. She doesn't want to go just anywhere though. She needs to visit fun, interesting people. Ms. Monkey finds that Wheatheads are some of the most fun and interesting people she has experienced. Therefore, she has decided to visit as many Wheatheads as possible. Will it be Fresh in California? Jondo or The Farmer's Wife and the Mice in the UK? Jeroen in the Netherlands? A trip to Canada? Japan? Possibly a visit EngMike right here on the east coast? Or maybe she will rush off to visit YOU! Wheatheads are all over the place and Ms. Monkey can't make up her mind.
