This is a 2 waypoint Multi-cache located in Port Gamble.
The cache is not located at the coordinates above, it's in a park not far from the cemetery but you must gather data here to find it.

TRIVIA
Port Gamble was named to honor Lt. Robert Gamble, who was wounded in the War of 1812. The town was briefly known in its formative days as Teckalet, an Indian word for "brightness of the noon-day sun.
