A Museum in Mexico was selling off eight Musical instruments. They were very valuable but none of them of Mexican origin so as the museum needed to raise funds they were to be auctioned. George knew of two collectors who were very interested so saw an oportunity. He contacted the museum and with a large bribe got the curator to sell him them direct and cancel the auction.

The curator had to be paid in cash and George didn't trust him so he sent his two brothers to collect the instruments and pay him. To make the trip worth their while George paid for them and there families to go to Disney World in Florida for a week first then across to Mexico for a couple of days then back home. They would then each bring an instrument with them as hand luggage on the plane home.

Nigel, Olive, Reginald and Terry Had a violin each. Winifred and Elliott each carried a flute, Sabina an oboe and Ty had a piccolo.

The whole operation went smoothly and George sold the instruments for a huge profit.

Can you find the value of the deal?
