Geocache Description:

Fourth or second in a chain of five caches along one of my favourite places to cycle, the Wendover Arm of the Grand Union Canal. The caches are all placed quite close to it. Each has its own flavour and to encourage you to visit them all in order (in either direction) I've added a small twist... As this cache is near water please take extra care if caching with children! They're not recommended as nightcaches.

Canalmania 4 - SWAN LAKE (Bucks)

Simply Paul, not far from the cache location.

This cache is hidden at a point on the canal called 'The Wides' where swans often gather to feed. It's a very tranquil location with an interesting info-board and is one of my favourite spots to stop and take a break. I hope you'll visit and enjoy it too.

So get on your bike and have a happy hunt! It's worth noting I deliberately set these caches in locations far from road access. No cache and dashing here but you could find all five inside an hour if you have the leg muscles and lungs for it.

Each small (0.24ltr.) cache originally contained:
1x Candle
1x Toy car
1x Party popper
Plus the usual: Cache notice, microlog & small pen.
