Geocache Description:

Second or fourth in a chain of five caches along one of my favourite places to cycle, the Wendover Arm of the Grand Union Canal. The caches are all placed quite close to it. Each has its own flavour and to encourage you to visit them all in order (in either direction) I've added a small twist... As this cache is near water please take extra care if caching with children! They're not recommended as nightcaches.

Canalmania 2 - LONELY CHURCH (Bucks)

Simply Paul, not far from the cache location.

This cache takes you close to (but not into the graveyard of) the quiet church of Saint Mary (thanks for letting me know folks!) which serves the tiny community of Drayton Beauchamp. It's an as well tucked away little place as you'll find, even though it's close to the new Aston Clinton bypass. It's well worth a walk around the 'yard, if only to meet the sheep!

So get on your bike and have a happy hunt! It's worth noting I deliberately set these caches in locations far from road access. No cache and dashing here but you could find all five inside an hour if you have the leg muscles and lungs for it.

Each small (0.24ltr.) cache originally contained:
1x Candle
1x Toy car
1x Party popper
Plus the usual: Cache notice, microlog & small pen.
