"Scooter" Memorial Field
This
location is actually the home of three (3) Eagle Projects by a
Scouts from former Troops 42 and 1042 in the towns of Edwards and
Russell, NY ranging from 1976 - 2002. The coordinates given is in
the center of the field (park). One Eagle Project will be in front
of you, one one your left and one on your right.

What is Cache to
Eagle? Cache to Eagle is a series of 12 public geocache's
hidden at or near the sites of Boy Scout Eagle projects.
Each
cache location has a clue in addition to the normal cache contents
– each clue is a point of the Boy Scout Law. When a person finds
all 12 Cache to Eagle project clues (they are in random order) they
will earn a special patch. Click here for the registration

At
the northern end of the Hiawatha Seaway
Council is the Northern Lights District. It encompasses
all of St. Lawrence County and at 2,880 square miles is the largest
district in the council and quite possibly the largest in the
state.
