While out caching with Math Teacher, he decided to give me a tour
of his old haunts. We went looking for his old tree house but all
we found was a solitary piece of wood sticking out from the tree.
The cache is not
at the posted coordinates.
It has been reported that the puzzle solution coords may be 30'
off, so I'd suggest that you subtract 0.004 from the Lat and add it
to the Lon.
