Cette cache constitue un parcours autour du Castel de 3 kilomètres. La
difficulté est surtout le premier kilomètre en forte pente, et une végétation
dense. Sinon, le reste est un peu plus facile.
Au pied du Château Féodal de Beauraing, incendié en 1889, le Parc Communal
(dit CASTEL), domaine classé, avec ses 18 Ha, constitue un superbe lieu
de promenades, de pêche, de détente avec ses barbecues, de sport avec sa
piste Vita. Il doit son nom à la Chapelle Romane, dédiée à Saint-Pierre
qui y est érigée. A la Taverne du Castel, vous pouvez obtenir des cartes
de pêche et acheter la brochure explicative sur les arbres numérotés le
long des promenades. Le 19 juin 2021, dans la uit, une tornade de niveau
F1, avec des vents entre 150 à 180km/h, a frappé le centre-ville de Beauraing
pendant à peine quelques dizaines de secondes. Assez pour détruire quelques
maisons d'un quartier et abattre de nombreux arbres sur les colines les
plus hautes du parc du Castel. Il aura fallu un an pour remettre le parc
en état. Ainsi que replanter des arbustes. Et deux ans pour relancer les
GeoCastels.

Vous allez prendre un ancien chemin de Beauraing, encore très utilisé
aujourd'hui par les citadins. Pour pouvez y faire de belle photos. Je ne
les aie pas toutes mises ici pour vous laisser la surprise.
Juste avant d'arriver au Wpt. 02, vous pourrez voir une vue de Beauraing
à droite, puis une maison blanche à gauche. Regardez le numéro de la maison près
de la porte d'entrée, c'est

Vous aller apercevoir un bâtiment dérrière des grillages. De là, vous
pouvez entrer dans le castel quelques mètres avant par la droite ou passer
un mur cassé une centaine de mètres plus loin en longeant le mur.

This cache is a trailaround the Castel of 3 kilometers. The challenge
is especially the first mile in steep, and very dense vegetation. Otherwise,

Deze cache is een reis rond de Castel van 3 kilometer. De uitdaging is
vooral de eerste kilometer in steile en zeer dichte begroeiing. Anders,
de rest is een beetje makkelijker.
Aan de voet van het feodale kasteel van Beauraing, afgebrand in 1889,
het Park van de Gemeente (genoemd CASTEL), een gebied ingedeeld, met haar
18 Ha, is een prachtige plek om te wandelen, vissen, ontspannen met haar
barbecues, sport doen met zijn fitnessparcours . Zij dankt haar naam aan
de Romeinse kapel, toegewijd aan Sint-Pieter is gebouwd. Op de Taverne
van de Castel, kunt u kaarten kopen en visserij boekje of
genummerde
bomen langs een wandeling. Op 19 juni 2021, in de nacht, raasde een tornado
van F1-niveau, met windsnelheden tussen 150 en 180 km/u, amper enkele tientallen

en vervolgens een witte huis aan de linkerkant. Kijk naar het nummer van

Je ziet een gebouw achter de hekken. Van daaruit kun je een paar meter
ervoor rechts het kasteel binnengaan of honderd meter verderop een kapotte
muur langs de muur.

Je zult een deel van de kasteelmuur vernietigd vinden. Je ziet het Sint-Maria
